It's over? Kefka consistently dies as the sun comes up and he doesn't seem capable of taking back the % he loses during the second night vote. In fact, despite how powerful he can be during the first four hours of a match he can't manage to change the match by even a third of a % between 6-12 pst against the likes of Wesker. In fact, he lost the second night vote to Diablo, that's not a good sign because if TV can get back in this at any point Kefka will not be able to fight him off.

Ther abouts is when the morning vote comes in. It's where Kefka dies off and never actually comes back. It's sad, but the first 4 hours are the only time in which Kefka can actually win, after that it's just him fighting against the tide to not lose.
