FF4DS is cheating tbqh. Though any excuse to see more ~Rydia~ is good with me. --- So I lost a bet to creativename (yeah...hardly shocking). Like usual, I should've known better! FACT: Halo 3 was 1000% responsible for Master Chief's boost. |

Hmm, the more I think about it, the more I'm worried Metroid beats out Contra. At this point, Zelda will probably be hurrting Contra just as much as it hurts Metroid, just like SMB is hurtin Ninja gaiden just as much as duck hunt. Yeah, I guess. I'm just saying that to me at least FF4DS > Mega Man
3 > FF4. Probably a rare case though-- probably most voters like

Eh, Remakes are fair game. I mean, if somebody first played Super Mario
Bros. on the Super Mario All-Stars version, voting for the original is
fair game! I don't see why FFIVDS shouldn't be considered as the same

Despite the hate on Contra, I really enjoy its pic. Sure, it could be
framed a bit better (too much sky, not enough water), but there are two
things I'm immediately reminded of: the joy of two-player mode and the
exploding bridges. That's instant nostalgia for fans of the game! --- Prototype Shorthand, do you speak it?! |

And really, it's not like remakes would ever get a chance to get into
the contest outright, so you might as well group it all into one
entity, even if it's the original. If they threw a REMake pic up for
the original RE, I wouldn't mind. Whatever let's a singular game
showcase its full popularity, I'm all for it, as fans of the remakes

There's no real reason to use Advent Children stuff for FFVII. There's
no shortage of pics you could use from the original game, which would
be better for it than something from AC. With FFIV, the new artwork
kills the old Amano stuff, so there's reason to want to use it. Same

let a action figure pic through. Some as high profile as Kingdom Hearts
Cloud might not fly, but you could probably get away with more obscure
