Oh, and looking at a few posts back, I don't see why Goldeneye would be
much weaker than it was in 2004. It's not like the game was still
widely played back then. It's already cemented its spot in most gamers

Or that TP was a massive disappointment and that is reflected by Galaxy's very performance on it. Which is strange because TP is about the only Zelda I've enjoyed playing! And the reason TP and Brawl were disappointing is because everyone WAS expecting the best game ever. NOTHING can live up to that sort of hype. Round 1 - Division 4: Match 1 Donkey Kong Country 2 Second best 2-D platformer of all time! GoldenEye 007 Man with the Golden Gun, 4 player FFA on Facility Resident Evil 2 I never did like the Resident Evil games Super Mario RPG Lightning in a bottle! Earthquake in a can! Analysis: Here we have a bit of an interesting situation, where despite the clear favourite being Goldeneye > Mario RPG, there could realistically be any combination of these 4 games advancing. DKC's performance implies that the series has some strength, and DKC2 should be the strongest. Goldeneye is the flagship console FPS and did great last contest as well as on the list. Resident Evil 2 could potentially ride the series newfound strength to victory. Mario RPG is a Mario game made by Square. But, I have to go with the safe pick of Goldeneye > Mario RPG. The SFF not being as apparant factor as well as Resident Evil bombing ass in the series contest means I take this pick with some confidence. Anything can happen though. TuRtLe's Prediction: Goldeneye 35%, Mario RPG 30%, Resident Evil 2 20%, DKC2 15% TuRtLe's Bracket: Goldeneye > Resident Evil 2 TuRtLe's Vote: Goldeneye --- Like Darth Maul, the bastard child of Michael Flatley and Hellboy. -trancer1 |
