Main line mario game losing in the first round to Halo 3 is a flop no matter what way you look at it. . Only one person in the top 359 got the match right. You have to go down to the -14s before the prediction percentage break 1%! If you go down far enough, prediction percentage manages to break 20 before getting to the tiers with very few brackets in them. Since everyone got murdered, only one person fell off the Top 50. gitanil did not have Ninja Gaiden beating Halo and Halo 3. I would say the KH hardcore fanbase prefers 1>2 more often than the Halo fanbase prefers 1>3. Could be wrong though. |

People
are reading way too much into Halo beating Halo 3. That match wasn't
SFF, as the games never looked indirectly equal. Halo has always looked
stronger. The Smash and Kingdom Hearts games on the other hand have had
near identical performances. SFF could swing those matches one way or the other, but the Halo match really doesn't say anything about it. --- Dr Football and Snake have won this round, but Sephiroth will rise again! |

expecting 57-58% myself. GTA games aren't the type of games to get
blown out unless they're facing elite competition, and Half Life 2

And before they picked it up several months after its Japanese release, From Software didn't know if it would ever see an American/European release. Okami might do better, but given this performance I'd say yes, count Okami out. Now, maybe if Okami was pulling a doubling... As for GTA3, the last I checked the series has looked none too hot this year and Golden Sun is the favourite over San Andreas, perhaps even without Dark Dawn's release. Now, normally I'd just think GTA3 was the strongest GTA, but last I checked the general consensus is that it's not and SA is? I'm a bit confused about how strong we think GTA3 actually is. Either way I think HL2 will need to match Prime to look like a favourite, and even then it wouldn't be a lock.
