To figure out a character's extrapolated percentage ---> [(CvB)(BvA)]/50 = CvA
To compare how C would do against B ---> [(CvA)/(BvA)]*50 = CvB
To figure out how B would do against A ---> [(CvA)/(CvB)]*50 = BvA

I had hoped we would get to Cloud vs Link during the contest. Seems like we're falling just short.

Breath of the Wild has been beating Majora's 2015 xstat value for the entire contest. It's just different seeing it happen in real time.

This is a top 3 showing if you presume a static MM. Even a weakened MM puts BotW above ALttP with this result currently.

Eh, it still looks awful. Off the top of my head, I'm not sure how many entrants from the last GotD bracket would "compete" with the worst from this one.

OoT probably does a doubling or more on MM. OoT is a different animal than every other Zelda in Zelda vs. Zelda matches.

Welp, finished in the 91/95 percentile on my first contest entry. Not bad. Way overestimated RDR/RDR2 and Undertale. Way underestimated the Persona games. And Dark Souls to some degree.

Oh, and I picked BotW to win. But it was going up against Skyrim.

I think it's easier for a 3D zelda to SFF another 3D zelda. MM might have resisted the SFF from a 2D zelda.

Majoras mask just isn that strong. Lets be serious here. Oot would probably get over 70 on it with sff.

So far, what I've mined. I think this is it, but it does seem weird for there to be an uneven amount of pictures.

I'd imagine this is less SFF then most Zelda matches would be, since a big part of why Breath of the Wild was so big is because it re-invented itself and found a new audience. It actually upset quite a few older Zelda fans that it wasn't focused on just dungeons anymore.

Remember when a stronger Skyrim could barely beat Metroid Prime? In case we had any doubts, BotW is cementing itself as a sporting pick against anything other than OoT and maaaaaybe LttP/CT.

Oot would be doing the reversal here on BOTW easily. BOTW was ahead of MM in that zelda poll

that shows its more favoured but it was still miles behind Lttp and OoT

Some random takeaways:

1. Kinda feel like Witcher overperformed in the finals after seeing this beatdown
2. Smash Ultimate looks a bit better if this is the SFF BotW is capable of

With this performance, BotW may be our number 3 game on this site, I wouldn't take it over OoT and probably not CT either, but it looks to be stronger than LttP which only did about 52% on MM in 2015 (though under the effects of Undertale rally spillover).

botw beats lttp in a 1v1 match. Lttp is like FF6. In a multiway it beats oot. But in a 1v1 it barely beat majora.

Witcher 3 nearly won the unregistered vote. It definitely overperformed.
